Overview
InstA is an Instagram operations monorepo: apps, shared packages, Docker, and scripts for content calendars, inbox, and campaigns. It is the studio layer for social work rather than a single Chrome script.
Challenge
Social teams juggle scheduling tools, DMs, and ads in three products. Nothing shares types, and operators cannot see campaign state next to inbox.
Solution
A pnpm workspace with apps and packages, Docker env examples, and one operator studio. Content, inbox, and campaigns share the same design language and deployment path.
