PakFoodDelivery
Pakistan-focused food delivery platform spanning web, mobile, and API — restaurants, couriers, and local checkout in one stack.

Overview
PakFoodDelivery is a local food-delivery platform aimed at Pakistan: restaurants, couriers, and customers across web, mobile, and a Node API. Shared packages keep order and restaurant types consistent between clients.
Challenge
Imported global delivery apps ignore local payment habits, courier density, and restaurant onboarding. A city-scale product needs its own ops console, not a white-label skin.
Solution
A workspace of server, web, mobile, and shared types. Restaurants, couriers, and checkout live in one model so a Karachi or Lahore operator can run the marketplace without renting a foreign stack.
What we built
- Web customer and restaurant surfaces
- Mobile app for on-the-road courier/customer flows
- Shared types between web, mobile, and API
- Restaurant onboarding and order lifecycle
- Local delivery ops rather than a generic clone
Outcomes
- One order model from restaurant to courier
- Web and mobile stay in lockstep via shared packages
- Built for local ops, not a US marketplace template
